Return Policy

We provide a refund on all products that are defective or damaged during the shipping. Just contact us at [email protected] and let us know. We will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Also, since our shipping costs are included in the prices of the products, we will only be able to provide a refund of the product’s cost. Our shipping prices vary from $7 to 9$. Please note that Damaged items can only be replaced within 2 days of delivery.

We offer a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide us with the information mentioned below:

1. Clear photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload a clear video.

2. The products need to be returned to Classy Deals if our Dispute Team asks for a return. The customer shall send the product to us.

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. Our team will inspect the product and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (as per your bank).

We Do Not Issue A Refund if:

If the customer does not receive/accept the package. And due to the factors that are in the customer’s control eg:

  1. Incorrect/insufficient address.
  2. No such number.
  3. Unknown recipient.
  4. Refused.
  5. Do not pick up in time.
  6. No safe delivery location. etc.
